Debbie is in the process of organising some great trips for you all this year and I hope they will be well supported. If you have any specific requests please see us in the office.
As we buy the shopping for our lunches in advance of the day it is essential that if you are unable to attend lunch and you are on the list we do need as much notice as possible to cancel your meal. Unfortunately, if you are on the list and don’t turn up then we will have to charge you for the meal.
There is now a new system for paying lottery money. Please put your money/cheque in a sealed envelope and write on the outside your name, your numbers and how many weeks you wish to pay for and leave the envelope in the box provided.
From now both the shopping buses (Tesco and Sainsburys) will collect you from home and return you with your shopping. You must book your place for either or both buses in the office or telephone 01279 721221. You will not automatically be on the list. The cost remains at £3.50 but as we have limited space it will be on a first come first served basis. Rob, the driver will start picking up at 9.00 a.m. on both days so please be ready.
I would like to confirm that from February Chair Based Exercise classes will be held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 10.15 and the cost is £3.00 per person per session.
